NEW APPRAISAL REGULATIONS WENT INTO EFFECT IN PENNSYLVANIA OCTOBER 1, 2010...regarding "LICENSED APPRAISER TRAINEES." Now, appraiser trainees need a "license" before they can begin accumulating hours with their appraiser.
