ON-LINE REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL COURSES

Vintage Real Estate Academy is partnering with Career WebSchool to offer online real estate courses.
What this means is that when you click on the following link, you will be transferred to the site of Career WebSchool.
Career WebSchool will be the actual provider of these approved Pennsylvania "on-line" appraisal courses--for BOTH
INITIAL APPRAISER CANDIDATE CLASSES AND FOR PA. CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES FOR THOSE STUDENTS WHO ARE ALREADY CERTIFIED APPRAISERS.
Career WebSchool is a large, nationally recognized, quality provider of on-line courses. We at Vintage Real Estate Academy
have had many dealings with this company and have found them to be reliable, accurate, technologically advanced, and very efficient.
As the provider of these classes, Career WebSchool will issue students exams (some of which are proctored),
provide the students with answers relating to course study, provide students with technical answers about computer equipment, etc.,
and also issue any and all completion certificates. All payments, refunds, cancellations, etc., will be strictly between Career WebSchool
and the student.


Some general notes about these on-line real estate courses.
The courses for INITIAL appraiser candidates being offered by Career WebSchool are the latest course offerings.
Remember, before you begin any kind of appraisal license work sample requirements (apprenticeship), you MUST successfully
complete the 15-hour National USPAP course (and/or its equivalent) and 30 hours of some other Pa. approved course.


Also, for those students who are currently certified appraisers in Pa. looking for CONTINUING EDUCATION:
remember that you need to take 28 hours of approved courses before June 30, 2009.


NOTE: there are NO Pa. Real Estate Broker, Associate Broker, or Salesperson credits that can be obtained
through taking these on-line appraiser courses with Career WebSchool. The course offered are strictly for Pa. Appraiser
CANDIDATES or for Pa. Certified appraisers. For more information about the above,contact Vintage Real Estate Academy

Finally, we at Vintage Real Estate Academy are NOT a "secondary provider" or "primary provider" of these courses.
What this means is that we are merely supplying a "link" for the student
to the Career Web School website. If and when you do register, you will be registering with Career Web School, NOT
Vintage Real Estate Academy. This means that Career Web School will handle all
of the administration, testing, transcripts, and all parts of the course process.
Again, Vintage RE Academy is simply REFERRING you to Career Web School.

DIRECTIONS TO SCHOOL

The regional classroom is located at:
1201 N. Church Street, Suite 217-A, Hazleton, PA 18202

Although there are many ways to get to our school, the following description details the directions from Interstate 81 and Interstate 80. Note: The school is located on Route 309 (also called CHURCH Street) and 29th Streets in Hazleton, Pa. It is in the "29th Street Office Complex." Once you enter the complex, we are in the first building (Building A) and we are on the second floor. You can either use the steps or the elevator. THERE IS AMPLE FREE PAVED, LIGHTED PARKING!

DIRECTIONS FROM SCRANTON/WILKES-BARRE and points north
    Take Interstate 81 SOUTH. Get off at the DORRANCE exit. Follow the signs for Route 309. Take Route 309 SOUTH (make a right on 309) for approximately 7 miles. The office complex is on the left.
    Reference points:

    As you get close to the office complex, you will see Genetti's Best Western Hotel on the left, then a Burger King Restaurant, then a Bank of American Bank on the left. The 29th Street Office complex is adjacent to Bank of American Bank. Again, Turn LEFT in to the complex. We are in the first building.


    DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH, eg. POTTSVILLE, HARRISBURG, etc. Take Interstate 81 NORTH. Get off at the first Hazleton exit, Exit 141. Stay on the exit ramp (Route 423) for approximately 1 mile until it intersects with Route 309. Take a LEFT onto Route 309, and proceed NORTH on Route 309. Stay NORTH on Route 309 for approximately 5 miles. We are on your right, just past McDonald's and right before Bank of American Bank.

    DIRECTIONS FROM WEST, eg. BLOOMSBURG, DANVILLE, etc.

    Take Interstate 80 EAST. Get off at the Hazleton/Mountaintop Exit. Merge onto Route 309 and take Route 309 SOUTH for approximately 5 miles. The office complex is on the left.

    DIRECTIONS FROM EAST, eg. STROUDSBURG, BLAKESLEE, etc.

    Take Interstate 80 WEST. Get off at the Hazleton/Mountaintop Exit. Take Route 309 SOUTH for approximately 5 miles. The office complex is on the left.

    DIRECTIONS FROM JIM THORPE, LEHIGHTON etc.

    Take Route 93 until it intersects with Route 309 in Downtown Hazleton. Make a right onto Church Street (Route 309). Take Route 309 North for approximately 3 miles. The office complex will be on your right.

    DIRECTIONS FROM TAMAQUA, HOMETOWN, ALLENTOWN, etc.

    Take Route 309 NORTH. When you get into Downtown Hazleton, stay on Route 309 NORTH for approximately 3 miles. The office complex will be on your right.
