Before enrolling in the on-line course of Real Estate Fundamentals and/or Real Estate Practice,
STUDENTS "MUST" READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE ENCLOSED VINTAGE REAL ESTATE ACADEMY "STATEMENT OF POLICY" that appears om the following link "STATEMENT OF POLICY"

ON LINE COURSE INFORMATION. Note: These "on-line" courses of REAL ESTATE FUNDAMENTALS and REAL ESTATE PRACTICE are being offered by
Vintage Real Estate Academy, in conjunction with our on-line provider: THOMSON COMPUTAUGHT.

Typical questions and answers about our online courses:

    1. Why should I take courses ONLINE rather than sit in a classroom?

Online courses offer you CONVENIENCE. You can go on your computer and take an online course WHENEVER you want, WHEREVER you are..
You can take part of a course now, and then finish some more or all of it at some other time of YOUR choice!
You have 180 days to complete your course. SEE THE STATEMENT OF POLICY IN THE LINK LISTED HERE: "STATEMENT OF POLICY"

    2. Is there a written final exam for the course(s)?

Yes. There is a 100 question multiple choice exam in which you must score at least 70% or more to pass.
This final exam is a "proctored" exam. Typically, the proctored exam is given at our regional classroom in Hazleton, Pa.
Call us for more details about this. You will not be able to take this
exam until we are provided with a course "affidavit" that you have, indeed, completed the course(s).Call or e-mail us for
more information about this. There will be no transcripts issued to you unless and until we receive the signed affidavit
from you for the course(s) completion and our internal record keeping system verifies this and your successful completion
of the proctored exam .Obviously, your PHOTO ID will also be required when you sit for the exam.
Of course, there are two written, proctored exams, one for "Real Estate Fundamentals" and one for "Real Estate Practice".
Upon your successful completion of these exam(s), you will then be issued the "transcripts" discussed above.
Per Thomson Computaught's policy, we can and will grade your exam. We are allowed to give you your score. However, we are
NOT allowed to show you your corrected test.

    3. Are the online courses better than classroom courses?

That depends on your perspective. Some students love being able to use their computer for learning.
Other students prefer the live interaction in a classroom setting. Students often tell us that
they "cannot watch TV and do the on-line course at the same time!" These courses do require your attention.
Try our "on-line demo" link below to see if this whole process interests you.

    4. What does the student do after passing the proctored exam(s)?

Once you pass the proctored exam(s) and provide us with the affidavit as stated above in question # 2, then our school
will issue you two official "course transcript(s)".You would then send one of the official transcripts to the
testing company (PSI) and proceed as you would if you had taken the class in a classroom. The other official transcript
could be used by you if and when you pass the Pa. Salesperson Exam, and if and when
your possible "employing" broker would submit the paperwork to the Pa. Real Estate Commission.
Note: there are NO guarantees about successful test completion or any type of employment.

    5. Can I cancel an online course if I do not like it and get my money back?

Sorry, the answer is NO. We have teamed up with Thomson CompuTaught as our online course provider for
REAL ESTATE FUNDAMENTALS and REAL ESTATE PRACTICE. They will be handling all of the details with regards
to registration, payment, and all of the other technical issues. Barring anything really unusual,

of Thomson COmpuTaught when you enter the Virtual University LINK below. Likewise, Vintage Real Estate Academy
will not provide any money or credit to be applied from online classes to live classes, or vice versa.

    6. What if I have any technical questions regarding my computer, etc?

Any technical questions regarding your computer, picture resolution, etc.
must be directed to the online provider. Hopefully, you should have few, if any, problems.
If you do, then there will be ample links and other ways for the online provider to help you.

    7. What is the "on-line Pa. Broker Course" all about?
We have recently added a Pa. broker course "Valuation of Residential Property" to our list of virtual
real estate academy courses. This course is designed for those students who already HAVE a Pa. Salesperson

    8. What is the "on-line EXAM PREP" course?
This courses is an interactive course designed to help the student review and help prepare the student to take
the Pa. Salesperson or Broker exam. It is a really thorough review! Obviously, it is NOT required to take this course,
nor is there any type of "credit" but it IS a good review!
NOTE: To enroll in the ON LINE EXAM PREP course, merely click on the "ENROLL NOW" link below.

    9. What is the "Continuing Education Package" I see on the enrollment page?
This package or the subsequent individual courses appearing below it are for those students
who are ALREADY LICENSED as a Pa. Salesperson or Broker. Some students like to take their CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES ON LINE,
rather than a classroom. If you are ALREADY LICENSED as a Pa. Broker or Salesperson, then these courses may be for you.
